Sunken City kayak tour

Get ready for an unforgettable kayaking adventure through breathtaking, wild scenery on the turquoise waters of Argolida's coastline to ancient ruins and magnificent secluded beaches.

Departing from the port of Old Epidaurus, we navigate the untouched and sublime coastline, passing dense vegetation and stopping at pristine isolated beaches along the way. Our first stop is the Small Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, built in the 4th century BC, where we'll marvel at the incredible architectural design of the ancient Greeks.

Our second stop takes us to the legendary Ancient Sunken City, built in 1,200 BC and also known as Argolida's Lost Atlantis. With the ancient breakwater still preserved in some places and only two meters in depth, this is a perfect location for underwater sightseeing, snorkelling, and taking stunning underwater pictures.

After exploring the ruins of the Sunken City, we'll take a break to indulge in traditional delicacies at the Athina EcoFarm stall—all produced the same way as they were during ancient times. The owner of the farm will share their knowledge of ancient Greek production methods, and we'll taste the difference between modern and ancient food preparation.

Next, we'll paddle to a pristine and isolated beach for a homemade lunch, followed by snorkeling, sunbathing, or a siesta. As we make our journey back and take in the stunning sights, sounds and smells, all senses will be satisfied with the beauty of the untouched landscape and ancient history.

This unique tour offers you an opportunity to experience the best of both worlds, the wonders of Ancient Greece and the great outdoors, simultaneously.
